The government-ready scalable
controller for unmanned systems.
Simple, user-friendly, tough

What can Skynav do?

This lightweight hand controller makes it easy to manage autonomous flights, live video streaming, and data collection. Skynav is powered by Auterion Mission Control and controls all UAS’ running AuterionOS or communicating over MAVLink.

Its operator-friendly design reduces the controls and data needed for mission planning and deployment. A ruggedized, IP65 rating, and water-resistant design makes Skynav the ideal controller to accommodate any mission.

Skynav is fully compliant with the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act, Sec 848.

Benefits overview

Skynav controls any unmanned system communicating over MAVLink

Based on open source

Rely on a stable open source software base using widely adopted industry standards.

Versatile connectivity

Skynav supports three different radio transceivers (Microhard, Silvus, Persistent Systems) and has built-in LTE (optional).

Scalable control

Use a single controller for Group 1 and Group 2 UAS communicating over MAVLink. Skynav can control any type of UAS, quads, multi-rotors, VTOLs, and fixed-wing as well as unmanned ground vehicles.

Ruggedness, durability, light-weight

Navigate your missions with peace of mind, with an IP65 dust and water-resistant light-weight design.

Reduced cognitive overhead

Skynav is made for operators, not engineers, as the primary user. See only the controls and data that you need, to safely pilot your payload.

Enabling a software-defined ecosystem with the world’s leading interoperable operating system for robotics

Skynode GX
